Teradyne Recognizes "Digital Test Partners" - Nine Leading Suppliers of Mil/Aero ATE Use Teradyne's Digital Test Technology
February 15, 2000
The companies recognized by Teradyne as "Digital Test Partners" are supplying the next generation of test equipment to the DoD using industry-standard component software, standard VXI hardware building blocks, and VXIplug&play software. Their objective is to meet the higher performance requirements of new DoD weapon systems and at the same time address the maintenance requirements of legacy weapon systems with modern, lower-cost test platforms.
All nine suppliers have selected Teradynes M900 VXI Digital Test Unit or M9-Series of VXI Digital Test Instruments as their solution for digital functional test. Both the D-size M900 and the C-size M9-Series take full advantage of VXI interface standards and advanced packaging techniques to offer more digital performance, plus greater cost efficiency and higher reliability, than has ever been available in a VXI format.
Teradyne recognized the following Digital Test Partners. The test systems that include Teradyne digital test technology are listed in the right-hand column.
