ASCOR Model 3000-2 General Purpose Switch
ASCOR has designed a comprehensive family of high density VXI Switching Modules – each expertly tailored to its specific function, in order to minimize customer integration chores. The 96 channel Model 3000-2 is the highest density general purpose switch on the market. It provides 96 SPST Form A relays, designed to deliver a continuous full 5 amps – for setting up tests and applying power to units under test (UUTs) in general purpose testing applications. Most VXI test environments require general purpose switching capabilities to enable and disable particular I/O circuits especially during fault analysis routines and subroutines.
The Model 3000-2's high density design provides the maximum number of channels feasible in a single-slot VXI Module in order to provide maximum flexibility for the customer. Channels can be wired in parallel, or in serial – affording a practically limitless number of combinations to meet any SPST Form A switching need. The large number of channels protects you from being caught short as needs grow.
