Opti-Flex turnkey systems offer a highly flexible and upgradeable capability. With S-video color and precision micro-zoom optics, Opti-Flex delivers a clear and crisp video image of any part. The crossroller based staging is provided in a 8" x 4" manual or motorized format with or without 2 micron X-Y scales.

Options:
Manual or motorized stage upgrades available to 12 x 4", 12 x 8" or 12 x 12"
DRO options include QC2000, QC4000 or VisionGauge Field of View Measurement Software* or Measuregraph 1-2-3

Opti-Flex 2000 (QC-2000) Geometric Digital Readout System - performs dynamic inspection/measurement of circles, angles, lines and points complete with programmability, storage and statistics. Quadra-Chek 2000 allows simplified, 2D datuming for accurate measurements of points, lines, angles, and circles. Part alignment is quick and precise, with automatic skewing.

Opti-Flex 4000 (QC-4000)Measurement Software System - the QC4000 provides the most powerful and widely used windows-based geometric measurement software available. System features include feature selection with mouse, cut and paste editing, and DDE for multitasking to increase productivity.

Opti-Flex 3000 MeasureGraph Measurement Software System - offers an easy to use digital readout (DRO) and Graphical Readout (GRO) screen. MeasureGraph provides: easy feature recall, part programming, automatic data report printout, CNC control and SPC charting capabilities for a complete and efficient measurement solution.
