The stringent timing specifications of today's data communications devices require a signal integrity analysis solution that outperforms general test instruments. The WAVECREST DTS-2077 is a high-performance Timing Analyzer used for the debug, characterization and production test of high-performance, high frequency devices and circuits. Timing uncertainties such as jitter, propagation delay, frequency modulation and crosstalk can easily be analyzed and tested with the DTS-2077. This capability can be used on either data signals or clock signals.
