Multi-Tone Testing Can Save Both Time And Money

This paper describes a patented multi-tone testing process that allows users to test multiple tones per dwell period in order to increase test efficiency by a factor approximately equal to the number of tones tested. The multi-tone concept's history is covered in this paper, along with information on its effectiveness, and information on potential future applications.
