Express I has been designed for the most demanding network architectures. Express I operates at 533 MHz and has been manufactured with all industrial rated components. The processing board will cold start from -40ºC and will maintain faultless operation thru 85ºC. There are many options available to further enhance the overall performance of this processing board.

  • Intel® IXP-425 Network Processor up to 533MHz
  • Compact Flash socket
  • Programmable Push-button reset for user-defined functions such as restoring factory default conditions
  • Four Mini-PCI type three connectors
  • Efficient switching regulated power supply design
  • Input voltage range from 12-57 VDC
  • Power handling up to 29 Watts
  • Powering options include
    • DC single pin socket
    • Ethernet WAN or LAN connector
    • Optional 10 pin header
  • Auto-sensing, surge protected 10/100 WAN and LAN Ports
  • Vertical or horizontal Ethernet connectors
  • 64MB of SDRAM (Configurable from 16MB to 128MB)
  • 16MB Flash Memory (Configurable from 4MB to 32MB)
  • Pre-installed open source bootloader and open source ucLinux Operating System
  • JTAG port with standard connector allows for erasing and programming FLASH and debugging using third party tools.
