Temperature up to 180ºC for efficient drying and sterilization!
Hotpack's Large Capacity Glassware Dryer is built for years of reliable, efficient operation at an affordable price. Ideal for use with Heinicke Glassware Washers, this dryer provides 41 cubic feet of capacity for high-volume glassware drying/sterilization. Temperature is set by means of an easy-to-use controller. Control panel includes a settable over-temperature limit which is independently circuited with manual reset.
Consistent chamber temperature is provided by means of a mechanical air convection system. A specially designed air diffuser floor plate is standard to shield heating elements and facilitate even drying. Interior and exterior construction is of type 304 (18-8) stainless steel for easy cleaning, corrosion-resistance and durability. Resilient silicone door gasketing, heavy-duty positive action latches, and pre-compressed glass wool insulation in the door and chamber walls help to prevent heat-loss and provide efficient operation.
In addition,this dryer can be supplied with a variety of options and accessories including a single pen 10" chart recorder, thru-wall ports, and additional rod-type shelves.
This model features a top-mounted microprocessor-based digital controls with LED readout and temperatures up to 180ºC. It can accommodate four standard Heinicke washer baskets per shelf.
