The hydraulic fluid and pneumatic systems can be set up to perform an array of military and commercial requirements. System features include: Hydraulic flows to 800 gpm and 5000 psi
Static fluid pressure testing to 75,000 psi
Specialized proof and burst test facilities
Hydraulic fluid test temperatures from –65° to +275°F
High temperature air flow endurance testing at temperatures in excess of +1200°F
All hydraulic oils and aviation jet fuels available
Test automation and data acquisition to meet unique requirements
Complete helium-leak testing capabilities
Fire testing per applicable Military, FAA, ISO and SAE specifications
