The Large Capacity Glassware Washers offer high volume throughput of virtually all sizes and types of laboratory glassware and plasticware. Two sizes are available in 29" and 42" width, holding 4 or 6 baskets per loading shelf (maximum 2 loading shelves.) Each washer is equipped with our advanced System 25 controls. The control system features an industrial duty PLC and a large, bright, touch screen operator interface. Select from any one of 23 cycles, 3 of which are factory programmed for simple cleaning processes, and 20 of which are user definable for the most difficult cleaning challenges. The System 25 controller provides complete control of the washer allowing the user to develop sophisticated protocols using our programming wizard that guides you step by step through the process. At each step of the cycle you can select water source (hot, cold, DI), temperature up to 95ºC (203ºF), duration up to 99 minutes, and treatment options. Cycle status is displayed during operation, and an alarm chime alerts the operator of any fault conditions. System can be password protected at 4 different levels for security, or password protection can be disabled for convenience.
Models 4400 and 6600 feature our exclusive dual plumbing option for the most critical applications. These washers have separate piping for recirculated water and deionized water. By having separate plumbing systems each successive fill doesn't have to start with the contents left in the piping from the last step in the cycle. So your DI flush/rinse doesn't start with left over rinse water. This maximizes your cleaning effectiveness and minimizes the chance of cross contamination.
Each model features 316L stainless steel wash chamber, liquid detergent and neutralizer dispensing pumps (the washer will accommodate 2 additional pumps, 4 total), vertical sliding tempered glass door, interior light, 304 stainless steel cabinet, drain discharge tempering system (max 140ºF), and drying system (up to 105ºC). The exclusive linear moving spray arch system combined with ample stationary spray nozzles provides corner-to-corner cleaning power and assures all items are properly cleaned eliminating the "dead spots" typical of rotary spray arms. Spindle headers are available for narrow neck flasks.
