300 Series DC Power Supply Tester

The S300 Series DC Power Supply MiniTester is intended for manufacturers of low-power devices who wish to gain the cost and quality advantages of automating their test process. The MiniTester accomplishes this without the investment and programming skills normally associated with traditional rack-and-stack test systems. The product is ideal for testing products such as DC-DC converters, AC adapters, battery chargers along with multiple-output supplies to 300W. In addition to final test, the affordability of the MiniTester makes it feasible for applications in pretest, repair, quality and engineering development.

A One-Box Test Solution
The MiniTester replaces stand-alone digital voltmeters, current meters, power meters, loads, sources along with the associated "rats nest" of interconnect wiring. This is accomplished within a chassis that will accept up to six modular DC supplies and electronic loads. Each module contains its own built-in, precision measurement circuitry. Model S310 is optimized for DC-DC testing and Model S320 includes an integrated AC source to support AC-DC testing.

Flexible Configuration
The flexibility to test a wide varity of products is accomplished in two ways. First is the unique six-slot chassis that will accept any combination of modular DC supplies and/or electronic loads. The second flexibility enhancement is the unusually wide operating ranges of modules, typically twice that of industry norms. This combination of interchangeable modules and exceptionally wide ranges assure users the ability to meet almost any power stimulus requirement now and in the future.
