Advanced Mixed-Signal Test System

The A565 Test System from Teradyne is used for mixed-signal testing. The system has common architecture to the company's A585 and A575 systems. It has new instrumentation for parallel test and targets computer peripheral, telecom, and automotive devices as well as final test.

The A585 Advanced Mixed-Signal Test System is available in configurations to test a range of mixed-signal devices, including: telecom/audio, disk drive, computer graphics, wireless communications, and networking. It provides digital performance to 50/100/200 MHz on up to 192 pins, analog instrumentation from DC to 4 GHz, and vector bus architecture for mixed-signal testing.
