The Model 4800 Series of automated burn-in board loaders/unloaders utilize two transfer heads with one, two or five pick-up heads each. By processing five integrated circuits at a time it can achieve throughputs of over 5,000 units per hour. It is suited for processing high volumes of QFP, TQFP, PGA, LCC, TSOP, SOIC, SOJ, BGA, or other similar IC packages. The system is available with a variety of input/output modules, including tube, tray or sleeves, or a combination. The series also rotates packages for desired pin-one orientation and is available with a stacked burn-in board elevator and trolley, allowing the system to process up to 32 burn-in boards without any operator intervention.
