Unisys Unigen® Operations29 is a multi-mode Test During Burn-In (TDBI) system for both complex logic and memory devices. The system features 32-bit TDBI or single-cell DUT monitoring and is available in single or dual chamber configurations with up to 120 BIB positions per system. Each chamber has four, fifteen-position Pattern Control Zones. Up to four different product types can be exercised concurrently in each chamber.
