Cerprobe Unifies Names of Subsidiaries

Cerprobe announced that it has changed the name of CompuRoute Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary acquired in 1996, to Cerprobe Interconnect Solutions Inc., and has also changed the name of SemiConducteur Services, S.A., a France-based probe card company it acquired in September 1998, to Cerprobe Europe.

Cerprobe Interconnect Solutions, formerly CompuRoute, provides Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design, fabrication and assembly for the Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) industry. Cerprobe Europe, formerly SemiConducteur Services, S.A., designs and manufactures various probe card products and provides sales and service for Cerprobe interface and PCB products.

Cerprobe offers solutions for semiconductor test integration for the design and manufacture of probe cards, ATE interface assemblies and ATE test boards.
