The Computrac MAX 1000 is a powerful, yet economical, moisture/solids analyzer that offers more features than any other instrument in its price range. It is sensitive to moisture levels of 0.10%, and combines the precision of a laboratory instrument with the durability and speed required on the production floor.

Accurate Heating, Accurate Results: The heat control program of the MAX 1000 provides accurate temperature every time for consistent results. It brings the test sample up to a constant temperature programmable from 25°C to 225°C in less than two minutes. The analyzer automatically weighs and calculates the percent moisture or solids as the sample material is dried, Test results can be available in as little as two minutes, depending upon the rate of moisture loss. The MAX 1000 also features Arizona Instrument's pioneering method of automatically predicting an accurate end to the test for totally unattended operation.

Easy-to-Use Interface: The MAX 1000 features a graphic interface that is programmable from a front-panel menu system and includes built-in prompts for easy operation, Test parameters for up to 5 different sample materials can be stored in memory for fast, fully automatic analysis. For plant control purposes, programming can be password-controlled to prevent unauthorized changes in operating parameters. Test results are displayed on the front panel. Data can be sent to a computer for analysis, or directly to a printer.
