Comtec Releases Business Telecom Installation and Test Catalog

Comtec's latest catalog describes a new range of products for business telecom installations and testing that cover the latest installation techniques used by broadband cable operators. The new products for fiber optic, coax and copper cable installations meet the needs of most professional installers.

The new Comtec range includes copper, coax and fiber custom cable assemblies. The copper and coax ranges include all standard connectors and can be assembled with industry-standard drop cable if required. Cable installation and cable preparation tools are stocked by the company. These include tools to suit the various coax, twisted pair and fiber cable connector types used throughout the industry. The company also supplies a range fastening products and a flexible and modular range of wall-mounted cabinets for premises installations.

New to the company's range of maintenance and test equipment are the GN Laser Precision CMA 4000 OTDRs and Orion remote cable administration systems, fiber optic power meters, fiber visible fault locators and copper or fiber talksets.
