Conducted and Radiated Immunity Test Software

The CIS9942 is a software package for conducted and radiated immunity testing to EN61000-4-3 along with an optional module for chamber calibration CCS9945.

An open and flexible system was developed, which can be user configurable with any existing IEEE-488 test equipment from any instrument supplier. Drivers for most currently used instrumentation are included as standard.

The CIS9942 allows most commercial and military conducted and radiated test methods to be configured including bulk current or voltage injection, and radiated testing in chambers or TEM or G-TEM cells.

A failure recognition and analysis can be made either manually or automatically depending on the characteristics of the EUT. Failure profiles can be plotted automatically from the results. The optional chamber calibration module CCS9945 allows the calibration of up to 6 x 6 measurement points of a field plane in a chamber.
