Data Acquisition Boards Provide Fast Settling Times

Multifunction data acquisition (DAQ) boards from National Instruments extend options for general-purpose data acquisition users. The three new DAQ boards use the company's E Series technology to give engineers and scientists accurate measurements. Also included are bus mastering, fast settling time, flexible timing control, and multi-board synchronization.

The PCI-6023E, PCI-6024E, and PCI-6025E are 12-bit, 200 kS/s plug-in boards with 16 single-ended, eight differential analog input channels. The PCI-6024E and PCI-6025E feature two 12-bit analog output channels as well. Common to all boards are two 24-bit, 20 MHz counter-timers, eight digital I/O lines, digital triggering capability, and a shielded latching metal connector. The 6025E also includes an additional 24 lines of digital I/O.
