The board of directors of Ashland Union Electronic Chemical Corp. (AUECC) -- Ashland Specialty Chemical Company's electronic chemicals joint venture in Taiwan with Union Petrochemical Corp. -- today announced the appointment of Curtis Dove as president of AUECC.

In his new position, Dove will manage execution of AUECC's business plan to become the leading supplier of quality consumable fab materials, technical support and service in Taiwan and throughout the Asian microelectronics market. "Working with AUECC, Ashland is committed to providing the local and broader Asian market with highly advanced and ultrapure wet process chemicals, backed by superior analytical technology and customer service to meet the industry's ever-changing and challenging demands," Cook said.
