EMC Series Designed for Pre-Compliance Testing

The EMC Master Series is shown by Bart Meeuwis, sales manager from EMC Master International. It's for precompliance testing and is available in a basic or extended configuration. The heart of the series is a software-controlled 1-GHz Spectrum Analyzer. A PC is used for oscilloscope screen and button functions.

The EMC Master Basic Test Set consists of the spectrum analyzer with a tracking generator, a 1 GHz wide-band amplifier, a LISN and a transient limiter. The basic configuration is designed for qualitative, radiated emissions and immunity measurements, as well as conducted emissions.

The EMC Master Extended Test Set adds an antenna combination to the basic set. It features biconical and LogPer antennas with an adjustable tripod. The extended set is used for quantitative emission and immunity measurements from 20 MHz to 1 GHz. Radiated immunity measurements from DC to 300 MHz are obtained with the included TEM-cell. A universal, dual-power coupling/decoupling network and a set of five probes and current clamps, also are standard.
