Quatech's SPP-100 parallel PCMCIA card fully supports the IEEE 1284 EPP standard, and also functions in standard unidirectional and bidirectional parallel port modes. It can be configured for a standard LPT port, or as a non standard device and any I/O address and IRQ. The built-in parallel port on many portable computers cannot function in EPP mode, and the SPP-100 is an ideal choice in these situations when a high-speed parallel interface is required.
