The ZapMaster 7/6 is an automated, high-speed 512 pin test system to stress ICs with ESD waveforms, and Latch-Up pulses, and provides test results against user-defined failure criteria.

The Human Body Model (HBM) module meets the requirements of MIL-STD-883D and ESD Assoc. 5.1. It has precision on-line failure analysis tools including a ±25 V curve tracer, leakage measurements, and spot point analysis.

The multiple self-test diagnostic routines confirm system integrity and continued reliable test results. KeyTek's ZapWare is a Windows-based application software that provides a friendly interface for device definition and test generation. Optional TraceWare software compares current DUT results with archived test result data from proven devices. And Optional WaveWare is automatic waveform verification that is also available.
