CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Verigy (NASDAQ:VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, today announced that Hana Micron Inc. (KDQ:067310), a leading Korea-based company specializing in the assembly and test of semiconductor packages and modules, has selected the Verigy Port Scale RF solution for testing their IDM and fabless customers' consumer wireless devices. By adding Port Scale RF and the MB AV8 multi-band audio-video cards to the small test-head systems, Hana Micron will be able to cost-effectively test devices for multiple consumer wireless applications, such as UWB, WIMAX, digital mobile and mobile TV.
