Integra Technologies Purchases 1024 Pin Paragon ESD Test System

Integra Technologies (San Jose, CA), a U.S.-based supplier of semiconductor test and related services, today announced the purchase of a Keytek Paragon 1024 pin ESD Test System. Previously, Integra's ESD & Latch-up Laboratory had a maximum test capability of 512 pins using a Verifier III system. With the addition of the Paragon, Integra becomes the first commercial test laboratory in the U.S. to offer ESD testing services up to 1024 pins.

"Integra is committed to keeping pace with the ever increasing complexity, innovation and evolution of Semiconductor devices. The acquisition of a 1024 pin ESD tester makes us not only unique, but ideally suited to provide tomorrow's ESD testing needs today," stated John Schmidt, General Manager of Integra's ESD & Latch-up Laboratory.

The ESD testing of large pin count devices demands the proper equipment and experienced test engineers. The service support from independent testing labs has become a key element in the success of the "fabless" Semiconductor model.

Integra provides test program development, wafer probe, final test, ESD and Latch-up, characterization, HAST, 85/85, HTOL, COTS upscreening, burn-in, tape & reel, lead inspection, bake and dry pack services. Integra is an ISO9001 registered facility.
