Irreversible Temperature Labels

The irreversible temperature recording labels accurately and economically sense and record surface temperatures. Each recorder contains one or more sealed temperature sensitive chemical indicators which turn permanently and irreversibly from silver to black at its calibrated temperature.

Response time is less than one second with an accuracy of ±1% or 2% depending on the temperature rating. The miniature size, weight and thickness (nominal 0.01") of the labels allow installation in areas and on parts that are not practical for other instruments. The irreversible labels are self-contained and require no electricity, batteries or mechanical activation.

110 Series Temperature Labels range from 100°F to 500°F (38°C to 260°C). Rated temperatures are printed in both °F and °C. High Temp models are white with gold indicator windows.
