L-PAC is a lightweight portable computer for applications not requiring the massive expansion capability of the five-slot PAC or the ten-slot MegaPAC. The computer weighs under 13 lb. and has room for two full-length, full-height ISA/PCI add-in boards. All internal components are mounted in a custom-designed monocoque alloy chassis housed inside a high-impact, shock-resistant molded outer shell. The computer offers active matrix TFTs in resolutions of 800 x 600 and 1024 x 768. Featuring Pentium performance to 233 MHz, the computer is a suitable host for industrial data acquisition and PLC programming applications.
