LDS Group Acquires Dactron, Inc.
Dactron, Inc., announced that Ling Dynamic Systems, Ltd (LDS) of Royston, England, the leading manufacturer of vibration test systems, has acquired Dactron from its parent company the Lansmont Corporation. Dactron will continue to operate independently in Milpitas, CA, and provide ongoing service, support, and product development for their significant customer base and business partners.

Dactron joins LDS in the Lunaire/LDS Division of the Test Instrumentation Group of United Dominion Industries.
