Mentor Graphics Teams with Wind River Systems

Mentor Graphics today announced that it will combine the strengths of its Seamless Co-Verification Environment product and Wind River Systems, VxSim Real Time Operating System (RTOS) simulator to boost the productivity of embedded software developers.

Developers will now be able to use the Seamless Co-Verification Environment product to fully test and debug both hardware and software, including the applications running on top of and interacting with Wind Rivers' VxWorks RTOS, in their embedded systems before building a prototype in silicon.

The Seamless Co-Verification Environment product support of VxSim is available immediately.
