Digitaltest US Inc.TS 10 offers the advantages of ATE systems, such as: CAD link; the possibility of being integrated into process control systems; as well as a flexible configuration. It is available as a benchtop model or as a 19in rack mountable system. This compact design enables an easy integration into automated production and test lines.

The capability of the tester to test selected product groups (small and simple PCBs and modules) can relieve the larger test systems workload. Hence, higher flexibility in the testing sector can be ensured. The test solutions can be put into practice in sectors such as development, service and repair departments.

The tester can also serve as a basic system for an extensive system test station. Other components may be connected to the system, through its various interfaces. In contrast to self-designed test tools, the MTS 10 can be smoothly integrated into network management systems for test and repair, such as QMAN.

The device can be equipped with the same hardware modules as the company's MTS 300 In-Circuit test (ICT) and Functional test (FCT). Therefore, the same test level and fault coverage can be achieved. MTS 10 uses the same ICT and FCT test programs as MTS 300
