New Chapter, New Direction: DEWETRON Sets Course For Future Together With ANRITSU

Separation from TKH Group NV opens doors to global growth and innovation

A major milestone in the history of DEWETRON: After ten successful years under the umbrella of TKH Group, the internationally active test and measurement technology company is now taking the next big step. At the end of 2024, both parties mutually agreed to part ways – with the clear goal of setting the course for a new phase of growth. With ANRITSU as the new owner, DEWETRON is entering a future full of opportunity.

A strong decade – and an even stronger relaunch
“DEWETRON has grown tremendously over the past ten years. We are very grateful to TKH Group for the respectful and productive partnership that has significantly shaped our development – but now we’re ready to take the next step,” says Christoph Wiedner, CEO of DEWETRON. And that step is a significant one: DEWETRON is now backed by ANRITSU, a global technology leader and renowned manufacturer of test and measurement systems for telecommunications, quality assurance, and future technologies such as 5G, IoT, data centers, and e-mobility/battery solutions.

From Grambach to the global stage
What began as an ambitious technology company has grown into an internationally sought-after provider of high-precision measurement solutions. From its headquarters in Grambach, DEWETRON develops and produces customized systems for global industry leaders in the fields of e-mobility, renewable energy, and aerospace. A true milestone: In 2024, DEWETRON was recognized by NASA for its technological contribution to the Artemis lunar missions. The company has also recently opened three additional locations in the USA, India and China.

Strategic partnership with ANRITSU: Accelerating growth, unlocking synergy
“With ANRITSU CORPORATION, we have found a strategic partner who shares our vision – technologically strong, globally connected, and future-focused. Together, we aim to expand our innovation capabilities and enter new markets – especially in Asia and in the rapidly growing field of battery and vehicle testing,” Wiedner adds.

Hirokazu Hamada, CEO of ANRITSU, also expresses great enthusiasm for the joint future: “With the acquisition of DEWETRON, we are significantly strengthening our position in the booming EV/battery testing market. At the same time, DEWETRON will benefit from our global sales channels and engineering expertise. Together, we pursue a clear goal: to become the global market leader in the field of test and measurement.”
