Delta Designck-and-place test handler offers throughput for high-speed logic, mixed-signal and SOC test applications, in single, dual or quad site test configurations. Its vertical plunge-to-board interface supports high frequency test and short contactor lead lengths. Interface and docking are compatible with Delta-Flex and other company test handlers. A device soak area allows tri-temperature testing from –60°C to +160°, at full throughput. An ambient to +160°C option is also available. The Vertical Auto Tray (VAT) fully automates the input/sort for unattended operation.
