Precision LCR Meter
The meter includes features such as the measurement of 15 impedance parameters, 0.1% accuracy, test frequencies to 1MHz, DC resistance measurements, high throughput sequential testing, plus monitoring of AC or DC current and voltage to the device under test.
The 1920 will measure, display, and output the results of any two parameters, including: series or parallel capacitance (C), AC resistance (R), or Inductance (L), dissipation factor (D), quality factor (Q), impedance (Z), phase angle (), DC resistance (DCR) and others. The unit's basic measurement accuracy is 0.1% and provides over 27,000 user programmable test frequencies up to 1MHz for characterizing devices over a wide frequency range. Other features include: setup storage, load correction, programmable source impedance, constant voltage mode and DC voltage bias.
The test operator has the ability to store and recall up to 30 single test setups, and 10 sequential setups where up to six tests for each can be linked and executed in sequence.
The device provides the operator with the ability to select the instrument source impedance at 5, 25, 50 or 100 ohms. The instruments constant voltage mode automatically adjusts the device output voltage to equal the programmed voltage, compensating for instrument source impedance and device impedance.
