Advantest Corporation5592 memory test system is designed for lowering the test costs of high-speed Rambus DRAMs. The system doubles the current number of devices that can be tested in parallel while offering the highest performance available of any memory tester. The system increases throughput by testing 64 devices simultaneously. The 1.066GHz performance of the system will provide headroom for testing future RDRAMs.
