Ranatec Introduces First-To-Market USB 3.2 Feedthru Filter Featuring Benchmark 20 Gbps Data And 100 W Power

Ranatec, a part of the Qamcom group and supplier of specialized test and measurement equipment for RF and microwave applications, today introduced the brand new innovative Ranatec RI 4199 USB 3.2 Feedthru Filter with USB-C connector. Providing benchmark SuperSpeed 20 Gbps, the pinnacle new panel mountable USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Feedthru Filter is first of its kind on the global market. In terms of charging the RI 4199 is designed for a massive 100 W charging power. The company has already received its first order for the product.

The new feedthru filter is primarily designed to fit in Ranatec’s RF Shield Boxes and can be used separately.

Electrical Interfaces
The physical connectors are located at each end. The filter is reciprocal, which means the mounting direction can be either way.

Mechanical Interfaces
The RI 4199 is prepared for panel mounting with two threaded M3 screw holes. It is delivered with an EMI/RFI shielding gasket for simple and reliable mounting.
