Schlumberger Launches Two New SABER Business Groups

Schlumberger Advanced Business Engineering Resources (SABER) announced the formation of two new business groups: SABER Interface Solutions and SABER Diagnostic Services.

SABER Interface Solutions draws on technology experience from across all areas of semiconductor analysis and test to provide interface solutions for diagnostic and test systems, as well as diagnostic and test-cell integration. The group also offers custom interface solutions from design through deployment, including probe cards, load boards, contactors, load modules, mechanical interfaces and interface control software.

SABER Interface Solutions offers resources that help customers speed device qualification time, shorten time to high-volume manufacturing, improve yield and enhance productivity. SABER experts have extensive experience on all Schlumberger ATE Diagnostic Systems equipment. This provides them with the expertise and resources to provide silicon debug and analysis rapidly and accurately, making possible the most effective use of these leading-edge tools. SABER Diagnostic Services offers its silicon analysis services to manufacturers which own Schlumberger Diagnostic Systems equipment, and also provides these services via third parties that utilize Schlumberger Diagnostic Systems tools.
