SP3000 Tester

For the first time, a portable , stand alone and affordable universal memory tester combining SIMM and DIMM testing all on the same universal base unit with optional easy plug-on test adapters.

This tester is equipped for testing a wide range of memory modules from 30pin 72pin SIMM to 168pin 200pin DIMM memory module.

The same Tester supports PC133 PC100 and PC66 SDRAM, FPM, EDO, SODIMM, PCMCIA, SGRAM Modules with easy plug on optional adapters.

Testability
The SP3000 Tester has a universal base and user configure various optional adapter to meet testing requirements.

The SP3000 SDRAM Tester Package comes standard with 168pin SDRAM DIMM socket for testing the PC133 and
PC100 PC66 SDRAM modules.

The SP3000 DRAM Standard Tester Package comes with 72pin & 168pin DRAM SIMM/DIMM socket for testing DRAM EDO FPM modules.

SP3000 Combo tester comes with both adapters.....pick and choose the combination of adapters that best meet your needs.

The flexible modular structure of the tester simply makes it easy for you to adapt any test adapters to test a wide variety of memory modules on the SAME BASE unit..... SDRAM, SGRAM, DRAM SIMM, EDO DIMM, SODIMM modules, PCMCIA memory cards, and memory chips with affordable optional adapters .

The tester is equipped with 80 built-in data bits and 16 multiplexed address lines to provide test capacity up to 4 Gigabytes.
