Tektronix will acquire the assets of the Network Monitoring and Mobile Test Systems business of Necsy Network Control Systems (Necsy), S.p.A., based in Padova, Italy. Transition of the business unit to Tektronix will take place immediately. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Necsy was founded in 1975 and provides telecom test and monitoring systems, as well as call center solutions.
