Aetrium, Inc.500 Test Handler for high-volume production of MSOP- or TSSOP-type IC packages features two test sites and a throughput of up to 14,000 devices/hour at zero test times. Its modular contactor design enables the operation to quickly change contactors. The system also features a compact footprint and an automatic tube input and output, allowing for efficient test floor operation and safe handling of ICs. The handler can be set up to process two different IC packages, allowing for no changeover time and flexibility in test operation. It operates at a range of temperatures from –55°C to 155°C.
