Thermal Precision Test System

Temptronic Corporationm ThermoStream system, equipped with higher capacity airflow (continuous 18 scfm), is capable of testing, larger, higher wattage components. The system features a temperature range from –80° to +225°C, advanced thermal profiling capabilities and datalogging. Intuitive to operate at the Windows-based touch screen, it has the versatility for both engineering and production environments and dependability to perform in 24/7 production requirements for the testing of components, hybrids, modules, MCMs, devices, and printed circuit boards.

In Engineering Mode, up to 18 test profiling sequences can be created with individual Ramp/Soak/Cycle settings with data logging and graphing features to automate and document thermal test results. Via front panel or remote operation, the operator has control over numerous test parameters, including ramp/soak/cycle settings, At Temperature Windows, air or DUT control mode, airflow control, and DUT temperature sensor input. In addition, the color graphic display allows real-time access to historical temperature data via the front panel.
