TTC Introduces the TTC 1000 ADSL Analyzer

TTC has launched of the TTC 1000 ADSL Analyzer with service-qualification and trouble-isolation capability.

Driven by demand for high-speed Internet access, global service providers need this test solution to facilitate installation and maintenance of highly efficient ADSL service.

The TTC 1000 enhances service providers' ability to accelerate ADSL service deployment via true physical-layer ADSL testing with ATU-R emulation. The TTC 1000 is a portable, lightweight device that offers numerous service qualification and troubleshooting features launched from the instrument's user interface, an LCD touch screen.

Designed for discrete multi-tone, the TTC 1000 affords a simple single-ended test strategy to isolate physical layer problems starting at the customer premises, going through the local loop, and terminating at the public exchange. This rugged instrument is designed to test the Alcatel 1000 ADSL product and compatible DMT systems that meet ANSI standard T1.413, issue two.

The TTC 1000 validates true system performance, isolates local loop trouble from customer premises trouble, sectionalizes local loop physical faults and enables the user to eliminate other physical layer problems before exploring more complex and time-consuming issues.

The CE-compliant TTC 1000 is available immediately and is priced at US$8,495. Its introduction follows the June launch of the T-BERD 1000 ADSL Analyzer for North American users.
