1. AR’s Newly Redesigned “W” Series

   Our newly redesigned “W” Series Class A solid state amplifiers have significantly increased their value to our customers.  We have superior gain flatness, better noise figure, improved linear power margins, better efficiency, and better harmonics measured at higher powers than in previous designs.  And if that wasn’t enough we reduced the size and weight by approximately  50%.

   This solid state RF switch has a 1P2T configuration and operates in the 960-1300 MHz frequency range. It has an impedance of 50 Ohms nominal, a -20^oC to +70^oC operating temperature range, and more.

4. Portable Spectrum Analyzer: PSA-2500C

   This spectrum analyzer is battery powered and compact, making it ideal for field engineers that don’t want to carry around a large and cumbersome bench-top unit. It covers the 5 MHz to 2,500 MHz frequency range and has a span width of 0-1300 MHz.

7. Micro-PMT

   Hamamatsu’s new and innovative photodetector features the characteristics of a conventional PMT in an ultracompact package. The µPMT (micro-PMT) allows device manufacturers to build high-performance portable devices thanks to the detector’s compact size, high sensitivity, and robustness. In addition, the µPMT is easily mass produced and more affordable than conventional PMTs in large quantities.

8. 2 W Xenon Flash Lamp Modules (L12336 Series)

   These new xenon flash lamp modules integrate a 2 W xenon flash lamp, power supply, and trigger socket into a compact cube package, the smallest in its class. Other features include high stability, long lifetime, and broad emission range from UV to NIR. The L12336 series lamp modules are suitable for integration into portable instruments used in spectroscopy, blood analysis, and environmental monitoring.

9. 400 MHz Solid State RF Amplifiers

   AR recently released the 200A400 and 400A400 solid state RF amplifiers. They cover the 10 kHz to 400 MHz range with 200 and 400 watt configurations. Each RF amplifier utilizes highly linear devices in all high power stages in order to cut down on distortion while improving stability.
